Volunteer for the Wingman Nation Golf Tournament
Not playing in the tournament? You can still volunteer for part of the event or all day! Volunteers are the heart of the Wingman Nation Golf Tournament, and we need help before, during, and after the event.
Whether you can give a few hours or the whole day, there is a place for you on our team. Volunteers start at 9:30 AM on Friday, March 5, 2027. Pick a role below, then reach out to our coordinator to get signed up.

Our Mission
Why Volunteer With Wingman Nation?
Wingman Nation exists to inspire and equip Christian men and their families to stand firm in their faith. When you volunteer at our golf tournament, you serve alongside others who share that mission and you help make the day a success for every golfer.
On tournament day, golfers enjoy a putting contest, a Par 5 long drive professional, a hole-in-2 contest, and three chances to win a new or classic car, followed by dinner, a raffle, and a program. Behind every one of those moments is a team of people who make it happen. The tournament is an 18-hole scramble played over the 27-hole Cleveland Heights Golf Course in Lakeland, Florida.
Serve the Mission
Stand shoulder to shoulder with men and families who are living out their faith. Every volunteer helps keep the tournament running smoothly.
Be Part of the Day
Give part of the event or all day. Hole-in-one contest monitors are preferably couples, so bring your spouse and serve together.

Volunteer Questions Answered
Do I need to play golf to volunteer?
No. You do not need to play in the tournament. You can help for part of the event or all day. If you would rather play or sponsor, visit our Sponsor & Player Registration page.
What do volunteers receive?
All volunteers receive an exclusive 18th Annual Wingman Nation Golf Tournament t-shirt, and we feed you lunch and dinner.
What roles are available?
We need volunteers for pre-tournament sign placement (3–4), raffle contest setup (2), pre-tournament registration (2), hole-in-one contest monitors (6, preferably 3 couples), long drive professional helper (3), and general on-site help (2–3).
When do volunteers help?
We need volunteers before, during, and after the tournament. Volunteers start at 9:30 AM on tournament day, Friday, March 5, 2027. Registration begins at 10:30 AM, the shotgun start is at 1:00 PM, and dinner, the raffle, and the program begin at 6:00 PM. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator to find the role and time that works best for you.
Can couples serve together?
Yes. We need six hole-in-one contest monitors, preferably three couples. If you and your spouse would like to serve together, let our coordinator know when you reach out.

The tournament is played at Cleveland Heights Golf Course, 2900 Buckingham Ave, Lakeland, FL 33803. Get directions on Google Maps.
